Dear Valued Dodge Customers:

As you may have heard, Rochester Dodge was one of the 789 dealers that had their franchise agreement terminated as a result of the Chrysler restructuring process. This has been very difficult for me and my employees, however, we are a strong company and our desire to stay in business as a Toyota dealer will keep us serving the community for many more years.

You are probably asking yourself, what does this mean to me as a customer of Rochester Dodge? Please do not worry. All warranties will be honored and all your service and parts needs will be taken care of by a non terminated Chrysler dealership. As of June 5th, we will no longer be able to perform warranty related repairs on your Chrysler products. This is due to our ability to obtain parts that we may not have in stock. If you are in need of warranty repairs, after June 5th, the closest dealers are Dick Poulin Auto Country in Rochester, NH, phone number 332-2010; Tri-City Dodge in Somersworth, NH, phone number 742-9262 and Port City Dodge Chrysler in Portsmouth, NH, phone number 436-1243. If you require any maintenance on your Chrysler product we are still ready, willing and able to assist you with such repairs. Remember our Service Dept. is open until 7pm Mon-Thurs.

We were very sorry to learn we were one of the dealers to be terminated. For the past 26 years we have enjoyed being able to sell and service Chrysler products.
